ADP, a global leader in human capital management solutions, has officially launched the audit process to obtain the FIFTIERS Age Friendly Company Certification, a recognition that endorses organizations implementing active policies on generational diversity and workplace inclusion.
The audit, which will run from September 2025 to January 2026, will evaluate ADP’s practices in key areas such as equal opportunities across generations, senior and junior talent management, intergenerational career planning, inclusive training programs, and work-life balance policies adapted to different life stages.
Through this initiative, ADP strengthens its commitment to generational diversity as a driver of innovation and corporate competitiveness. The FIFTIERS Age Friendly seal is not only a benchmark in the field of diversity and longevity at work but also represents a strong reputational asset for companies aiming to lead in social sustainability and ESG compliance.
“The future of companies lies in integrating all generations into a shared corporate vision. Starting this audit is a decisive step toward building a more inclusive, diverse, and future-ready organizational culture,” ADP management stated.
The certification is awarded by FIFTIERS, Europe’s pioneer in promoting the longevity economy and generational diversity management, which created this standard as part of its mission to transform businesses into more human, resilient, and sustainable organizations.
